Job Description

Job Title : Regional Marketing Manager - Egypt

Reports To: Brand Director - RR

Function: Marketing - RR

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Grade: TBD

Role Purpose

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading regional brand projects across Egypt and International Markets, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategies, innovation launches, and marketing campaigns. The role drives cross-market collaboration, manages regional agency relationships, oversees adaptation of campaigns to local market requirements, and ensures delivery of commercial objectives through effective project management and marketing governance. The incumbent is the operational owner of the Egypt marketing agenda while providing regional leadership across multiple markets through matrix management and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Regional Brand & Project Management

  • Lead regional marketing projects across assigned international markets.
  • Manage cross-market adaptation of regional and global campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines across all markets.
  • Develop and maintain regional marketing project timelines and governance.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution.

2. Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major regional campaigns including Summer 2026 and future strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with country marketing teams.
  • Ensure campaign consistency while allowing relevant local adaptations.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

3. Innovation Management

  • Lead regional innovation launches from planning through commercialization.
  • Coordinate launch readiness with Sales, Supply Chain and Trade Marketing.
  • Monitor innovation performance against launch KPIs.
  • Share best practices across markets.

4. Marketing Planning

  • Review and approve Egypt annual marketing plans.
  • Coordinate regional marketing calendars.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor execution against approved plans.

5. Agency & Partner Management

  • Lead briefing and management of regional creative, media and digital agencies.
  • Evaluate agency performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure high-quality campaign development.
  • Manage external marketing partners and suppliers.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage regional marketing budgets.
  • Monitor campaign expenditure and forecast spending.
  • Ensure marketing investment delivers agreed ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate execution across Egypt and International Markets.
  • Facilitate alignment between regional and local teams.
  • Resolve cross-market operational issues.

8. Team Leadership

  • Directly manage the Egypt Brand Manager.
  • Set objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
  • Build marketing capability within the team.

9. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity.
  • Analyse brand performance.
  • Track consumer trends.
  • Recommend actions to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • MBA preferred

Experience

  • Experience working across Middle East markets preferred
