Job Description: Regional Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

The Regional Marketing Manager – Riyadh is responsible for planning, developing, and executing localized marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen Bindawood's brand presence and customer engagement across all stores in the Riyadh region. This role ensures that KSA wide marketing plans are effectively adapted to local customer needs while driving region‑specific initiatives that support store performance, footfall, and revenue growth.

The position requires strong collaboration with the Head Office Marketing Team in Jeddah, regional operations leadership, and store teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful execution of all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Localization

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans tailored to customer demographics and shopping behavior in the Riyadh market.

• Localize KSA wide campaigns to suit competitive landscape and store-level requirements.

• Identify and execute region-specific marketing opportunities.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead execution of regional promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.

• Coordinate with central marketing to ensure brand alignment.

• Oversee production and timely deployment of in-store marketing materials.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Align strategy, budgets, and timelines with Head Office Marketing.

• Partner with Regional Leadership Team for operational alignment.

• Manage communication with store managers for execution follow-through.

4. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence

• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.

• Gather insights from stores and customers.

• Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance.

5. Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage the regional marketing budget effectively.

• Oversee relationships with agencies and suppliers.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track performance of all marketing activations.

• Evaluate KPIs and provide periodic reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 5–7 years marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.

• Experience managing regional or field marketing operations.

• Understanding of Riyadh market dynamics.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
