Regional Payroll and C&B Specialist

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established MNC to appoint a Rewards & Payroll Lead to join their regional HR team in Singapore.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of both strategic and operational reward functions across a diverse APAC portfolio, playing a key role in managing compensation and benefits programmes while overseeing payroll operations across approximately a headcount of 200 employees across 8 markets.

In addition, you will be responsible for end-to-end regional payroll management, working closely with external payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing. Payroll operations are well-established and streamlined, with a monthly payroll cycle and internal support for payroll review and approvals. In addition, you will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary benchmarking, market data analysis and reward programme administration. As the business continues to expand across key markets, this role will support the development and execution of competitive reward strategies aligned to business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience along with strong regional payroll exposure combined with a solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices. You should be comfortable analyzing large datasets, interpreting market information and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
