Position Overview
- We are seeking a Regional Procurement Manager for Groups of Hotels to lead and optimize all procurement activities across our hotel portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, supplier excellence, and high-quality standards aligned with luxury hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies at group level.
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracts.
- Ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery standards.
- Control purchasing budgets and cost optimization.
- Supervise inventory, stores, and supply chain processes.
- Work closely with F&B, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience (Hotels Only).
- Proven experience in 5-star hotels or hotel groups.
- Strong background in procurement, purchasing & cost control.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to manage multi-property operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
