Job Purpose:

We are hiring a Second Line Sales Manager (SLSM)to lead teams of First Line Sales Managers (District Sales Manager) and the regional Sales Force to attain the territorial commercial objectives as per the following details:

  • Designation: Regional Sales Manager
  • Territory : Upper Egypt (I/II)
  • Job Grade: rS1/rS03
  • Reporting: Business Unit Manager

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the regional sales teams based at the governorates of responsibility to deliver the designated commercial targets in full alignment and compliance with Incandesce's standards
  • Ensure quantitative objectives are realized and attained along with the qualitative Key Performance indicators like coverage, reach, TCFA, etc
  • Coach the coach and invest quality time in developing regional teams both FLSM as well as Sales Force
  • Monitor the performance of assigned area and identify gaps to devise plans to rectify them on prompt basis
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regional KOLs, such as healthcare professionals and hospital administrators, within their region
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and tender, to ensure that their team is well-equipped with the necessary product knowledge and promotional materials and ensure full alignment of business strategy and on the ground execution
  • Sparkle team spirit and press the motivational and inspirational buttons of the teams to yield the best possible productivity
  • Drive the organization of key events like, conferences, standalones, and seminars whether on regional or national perspective
  • Act as Business Development professional targeting more business segments and capturing missed opportunities
  • Implement effective sales processes and performance metrics to monitor individual and team performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify new business opportunities, target potential customers, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies

B. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

Level of Education: Life science graduate

Experience :

Previous pharmaceutical Second Line Sales Managerial experience is a must preferably of CNS background
