Job Description

Summary:

Our company is looking for a French-speaking Regional Sales Manager to join our top-notch sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding both new and existing international corporate accounts across selected industries. Using your exceptional presentation skills and style, you will help our customers increase profitability.

What You Will Do:

  • Hunt, develop, and expand existing and new international or regional corporate accounts in a designated industry.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for those accounts, align with Global Strategy
  • Present value-added products and programs, share best practices, highlighting the impact on the customer's business
  • Ensure customer service delivery, emphasizing the delivery of the company's value proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and the delivery of Service Standards is consistent

Territory/Location Information:

  • 25-30% overnight travel required, within the Middle East and North Africa, with a focus on Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial)
  • 10 years of technical sales experience in B2B
  • Arabic, English and French spoken
  • Hunter mindset, can act independently, driven by success, resourceful
  • Demonstrated success with international or regional account management in selected industries, with executive-level sales experience (Dir. or VP levels)
  • Professional experience across Middle East and/or North Africa

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Executive MBA
