About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Governments Sales Manager to lead the government sales function. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with government entities. The role requires a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen and deep industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise government sales executives, ensuring achievement of team and individual targets.
- Develop, track, and optimize KPIs, sales dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Oversee lead allocation, proposal preparation, and RFP submissions.
- Support complex negotiations, deal structuring, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
- Conduct regular coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in the airline, OTA, or travel agency sector with a focus on sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Proven track record in managing major accounts and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (OS, MS Office).
- Saudi National (mandatory).
