Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth across the Middle East for our Poultry and Feed Additives portfolio. The role is responsible for strengthening market presence, expanding customer partnerships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across key regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive market expansion across the region
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, integrators, and end users across the region
- Support the development of long-term commercial partnerships in the poultry and feed additives sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Animal Health sales, with strong focus on Poultry and Feed Additives
- At least 2+ years in a similar regional or managerial role
- Proven experience in KSA and Egypt markets is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and manage high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and GCC markets
- Valid driving license
