Regional Sales Manager, Value Added Parts, Special Steels

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Responsibility: Central Saudi Arabia

Do you want to be a part of a professional and high achieving team in a global context Then perhaps this is your new challenge! SSAB Special Steels is looking for a proactive, effective, and performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales division for Value Added Parts (VAP).

About the position

As Regional Sales Manager for value added parts team reporting to Area Sales Manager, you will independently manage sales presentations, contracts, and proposals. You will negotiate offers including prices, delivery times, and terms. You will contribute to strategy development and implement it to reach strategic goals. You will identify upgrading opportunities and use digital tools to attract new customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Fully and only focused on the value added products.
  • Develop strategic goals for the Sales Area (Central Saudi Arabia and partially Pakistan) and break them into actionable sales and development activities.
  • Plan and execute work to implement the Area strategy, including customer meetings and follow-ups.
  • Independently set up sales presentations, contracts, and proposals; negotiate offers and monitor credit ter
  • ms.Must be able to get measurements on site and able to put them into AutoCad and make the estimation and later to offer.
  • Develop new leads and opportunities for upgrading to Special Steels in strategic segments.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and document customer activities in Salesforce.
  • Ensure sustainable business practices aligned with SSAB's code of conduct.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and build positive relationships.
  • Refer customer feedback and competitor information to relevant internal teams.

About You

  • University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
  • At least 4 years of experience in value creation sales.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English and preferably local language.
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of business, finance, and strategic thinking.
  • Having a valid driving license and willing to travel inside and if need the outside of country (especially Pakistan without any issues.
