Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives in alignment with global corporate goals.
Optimize sales and profitability by improving model mix and distributor pricing support.
Maximize revenue and enhance profitability to achieve regional profit and loss targets.
Manage annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
Manage monthly order and sales plans to meet business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve regional performance and operational efficiency.
Efficient incentive operation based on analysis of supply and market trend by model.
Report to the management on regional performance, market conditions, and key operational challenges
Authority
Decision-making authority regarding regional operations, including budgets, resource allocation, regional business plans, market strategies, and operational changes in consultation with managements.
Authority to negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders within the approved scope.
Job requirements
1. Formal Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred
2. Related Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry, with a strong focus on sales operations and market management.
Proven track of achieving business goals and leading successful performance.
3. Skills and Knowledge
Excellent understanding of the automotive market, including sales, service, and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
