Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Regional Technical Support

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for IVD products across the region.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze recurring issues to improve product performance and service quality.
  • Support the launch of new products and provide cross-regional technical assistance when required.

Technical Capability Development

  • Assess technical capability gaps within regional teams and distributor service teams.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical knowledge and service capabilities.
  • Ensure regional teams are fully equipped to support product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Localization & Training Support

  • Adapt HQ technical materials to meet regional market needs.
  • Develop localized training resources and technical documentation.
  • Organize regional technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Service Operations Optimization

  • Support the development and improvement of regional service infrastructure, including:
    • Technical support processes
    • Training center activities
    • Spare parts management and service network coordination.
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the medical devices or IVD industry.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
