• 78 years of experience in trade marketing, with experience in multi-market or regional roles.
• Proven track record in channel development, retail execution, promotional planning, and shopper marketing.
• APAC market experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
