We are currently recruiting for a Regional Training Representative- Arabic Speaker (Automotive Industry) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.
Responsibility-
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Determine course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Execute online training sessions in groups or individually.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Skills-
- Proven experience as technical trainer.
- EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required.
- Experience in designing technical courses.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Degree in a technical field is a plus.
- Priority would be given to personnel who were previously a Certified Technical Trainer.
