TheRegional Vice President (MENA)will lead UnlockLand's business development, strategic partnerships, and government relations acrossSaudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider Middle East.
This executive role combinesregional growth leadership, investment strategy, and smart-city collaboration ideal for a results-driven leader with deep experience in real estate, digital transformation, and large-scale development underVision 2030.
The Regional VP will act as the primary executive liaison between UnlockLand and key stakeholders including ministries, investment authorities, and top-tier developers while ensuring that the company's AI and PropTech solutions are fully integrated into regional development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UnlockLand'smarket expansion and strategic positioningacross Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
- Build and maintainexecutive-level partnershipswith public agencies, REITs, developers, and investment groups.
- Oversee regionalrevenue growth, partnerships, and pilot programsaligned with national digital transformation agendas.
- Champion UnlockLand'sAI-based planning and land-intelligence platformwithin government and real-estate ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams tolocalize platform toolsto MENA-specific zoning, licensing, and development frameworks.
- Identify and pursue opportunities insmart-city, housing, and infrastructure innovationthat align with Vision 2030 priorities.
- Represent UnlockLand atregional investment forums, PropTech summits, and policy advisory boards.
- Leadcross-functional teamsto execute partnerships, joint ventures, and co-development agreements.
- Report directly to the CEO, contributing toUnlockLand's global expansion and growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree inReal Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience inreal estate development, public-private partnerships, or PropTech leadershipacross MENA.
- Strong network withinSaudi and GCC real-estate authorities, planning councils, and private developers.
- Strategic understanding ofVision 2030, REGA regulations, and regional smart city programs.
- Proven experience drivingregional expansion, investment partnerships, and innovation projects.
- Executive presence with exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency inEnglish and Arabicis required.
