Role Purpose :
Lead the transformation of the Private Banking business by converting private
banking deposits into active investment relationships, increasing Assets Under
Management (AUM), growing investment revenue, and capturing cross-border
wealth flows through the bank's international footprint.
The role is responsible for leveraging the bank's presence in key wealth-
generating markets, particularly India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, to attract
and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth
individuals (UHNWIs) into the bank's Qatar and Switzerland, and other
international relevant booking centers. The incumbent will define the private
banking growth strategy, enhance advisory capabilities, strengthen product
offerings, and build a differentiated wealth proposition to increase market share and client wallet penetration.
Experience :
1. 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management,
Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation.
2. Experience supporting wealth management or advisory initiatives preferred.
3. Exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments and investment products is
advantageous.
Profile :
1. Strong understanding of Private Banking, investment products, and wealth
advisory models.
2. Experience in client analytics, segmentation, and business requirements
gathering.
3. Knowledge of portfolio advisory, wealth lending, and digital wealth capabilities.
4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience supporting growth and transformation initiatives.
6. Based in Qatar.
7. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
