Role OverviewWe are seeking aRegistered Nursewith strong empathy and patient-centered values to support our mental health services. This is anon-site contract position in Sharjah, requiring close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a mental health setting
- Monitor patient health and document clinical observations accurately
- Assist psychiatrists and clinicians during consultations and procedures
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications as per protocols
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness goals
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with UAE regulations
- Support a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care environment
Requirements- MOH Eligibility or Active MOH License (UAE) Mandatory
- PriorUAE healthcare experiencerequired
- Current Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience in mental health, psychiatry, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage
