HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Female Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthHub Festival Plaza.

Located within Festival Plaza on Sheikh Zayed Road, the clinic serves the rapidly growing communities of Jebel Ali, Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Park, and surrounding areas. The clinic provides accessible, family-focused healthcare services and supports a diverse patient population through a wide range of primary care and specialist services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong nurse who enjoys working in a modern, fast-paced outpatient environment and supporting a broad range of medical specialties.

Due to patient demographics and service requirements, female candidates who are fluent in Arabic or Tagalog (Filipino), alongside English, are highly preferred.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care while supporting physicians across multiple specialties.

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and previous experience within Emergency Departments, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, or Acute Care settings, enabling them to confidently assess and support patients of all ages in a busy outpatient environment.

You will support consultations, perform clinical procedures, monitor patients, provide health education, and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations when required.

Strong blood collection, venipuncture, IV cannulation, and clinical assessment skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy outpatient clinic environment.

Support physicians during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Support patients with chronic disease management and follow-up care.

Provide patient education, health promotion, and lifestyle advice.

Recognize and respond appropriately to acute or emergency clinical situations.

Clinical Procedures

Perform venepuncture and blood collection.

Perform IV cannulation and support treatment administration.

Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures.

Assist physicians during minor procedures when required.

Support pediatric and family medicine consultations.

Escalate concerns promptly and effectively when patient conditions require urgent intervention.

Documentation & Quality

Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation.

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and patient safety standards.

Follow infection prevention and control policies.

Support clinic quality initiatives and continuous professional development.

Essential Requirements

DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Valid BLS Certification.

Minimum 2 Years Post-registration Nursing Experience.

Strong clinical assessment and patient triage skills.

Excellent venepuncture and IV cannulation skills.

Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English language skills.

Strong computer and EMR documentation skills.

Clinical Background Required
