• Proficiency in patient care, including monitoring patient conditions and providing bedside support
• Strong clinical skills for administering medications and assisting with medical procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing medical documentation
• Relevant nursing diploma or degree with a valid nursing license
• Experience in general nursing practices; specialized experience in areas like critical care or surgical nursing is a plus
