Registered Nurse
Polyclinic.ae - a multidisciplinary clinic opened in November 2023 in Dubai, in the Jumeirah area. The clinic has all the necessary modern equipment for diagnosis and treatment; a team of doctors from all major specialties of dentistry and general medicine is fully prepared to provide expert medical care to families in different languages.
Most doctors and staff speak Russian, English, and other languages, and use both Russian and international protocols in their work.
We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled medical professionals in the following areas: Cardiology, Gynecology, General Surgery, and Nursing/Phlebotomy. This is an opportunity for top-tier candidates with minimum 3 years of UAE experience to join a premium, patient-focused clinic immediately.
Responsibilities (General for All Positions):
- Deliver exceptional medical care within your specialty, following international and Russian protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, accurate diagnosis, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain patient comfort, trust, and confidentiality at all times.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and preventative care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, lab staff, and administrative personnel.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records.
- Participate in quality assurance programs, clinical audits, and continuous professional development.
- Stay updated on latest medical research, treatment protocols, and technologies relevant to your specialty.
- Uphold the clinic's premium standards of hygiene, safety, and patient experience.
Additional Responsibilities for Nurses with very good Blood Collection Experience:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely and accurately.
- Properly label, document, and handle all specimens.
- Prepare and transport samples for laboratory analysis following strict protocols.
- Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and ensure a sterile, organized collection environment.
- Educate patients to reduce anxiety and ensure a comfortable experience
Requirements (Enhanced for Premium Standards):
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UAE in the relevant specialty.
- Valid DHA license (or eligibility letter).
- For Phlebotomists/Nurses: proven experience in blood collection, including complex cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English and Filipino (mandatory for effective communication).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a premium clinic setting with high patient expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
- Knowledge of advanced medical equipment and modern treatment protocols in your specialty.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team training initiatives.
