Position: Registration & Prequalification Specialist (UAE / Qatar / Oman)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor registration and prequalification processes
- Proven experience with ADNOC vendor registration
- Strong exposure to government registration procedures in Qatar and Oman
- Hands-on experience with:
- Vendor portals and documentation submission
- Prequalification questionnaires (PQQ)
- Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely approvals
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end vendor registration and prequalification process
- Handle submissions for ADNOC, Qatar, and Oman government entities
- Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain updated records of registrations and renewals
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in oil & gas / EPC sector
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiar with Middle East regulatory frameworks
