About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Registration & Onboarding Specialist to support the operational rollout of our e-invoicing system. This role will manage taxpayer registration and onboarding activities, ensuring alignment with business processes and the Dhareeba taxpayer filing platform. You will act as a key business interface between taxpayers, policy, operations, and technical teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and exceptional taxpayer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration Operations & Case Handling
- Process and validate e-invoicing registration and onboarding requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration issues and support timely taxpayer activation.
- Prepare case summaries and documentation for complex or escalated cases.
- Taxpayer Register & Data Accuracy
- Maintain and update registration records, ensuring consistency with the Dhareeba platform.
- Identify data gaps or mismatches and coordinate corrective actions.
- Apply approved data standards and maintain accurate, auditable documentation.
- Procedures & Guidance
- Implement and refine registration procedures, checklists, and templates.
- Provide operational feedback to improve registration workflows and taxpayer experience.
- Support team knowledge sharing and readiness initiatives.
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as processing timelines, activation progress, and case volumes.
- Prepare performance summaries and onboarding status updates for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and clarity.
- Coordination & Taxpayer Communication
- Serve as a coordination point between taxpayers and internal teams on registration matters.
- Assist in preparing taxpayer-facing guidance, FAQs, and communications aligned with Dhareeba filing processes.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- 9+ years of experience in taxpayer registration, onboarding, or similar operations in government/public-sector environments.
- Strong understanding of registration procedures, data management, and taxpayer service practices.
Technical & Other Skills:
- Proficiency in application review, data updating, and registration process management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to accuracy and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc: 9+ years | MSc: 8+ years | PhD: 5+ years
