We are looking for a highly qualified Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Officer to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and governmental requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and coordinate governmental inspections.
- Manage and maintain licenses, permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Identify potential compliance risks and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, legal, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and governmental procedures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in banking, major law firms, pharmaceutical companies, or leading audit and consulting firms such as KPMG are highly preferred.
Experience within a highly regulated industry or organization with a strong compliance framework will be considered a significant advantage., and how this role fits into the organization overall.
