About the role

We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to champion and safeguard our global employee and talent regulatory frameworks. This is a high-visibility, senior role where you will act as the principal architect of our internal people compliance strategy—ensuring that our executive structures, leadership frameworks, and talent ecosystems scale securely alongside our rapid global expansion.
Up to shape what's next in finance Let's get in touch.
What you'll be doing
Stepping into our Second Line of Defense (2LoD), you will hold direct ownership over the compliance strategies that protect our organizational integrity, leadership frameworks, and global culture. You will:
- Architect Executive Governance: Strategically oversee and refine compliance frameworks for high-stakes leadership processes, taking the lead on senior accountability regimes, global Statements of Responsibilities, and highly complex regulated remuneration structures (including malus and clawback policies).
- Drive Executive Second-Line Challenge: Serve as a trusted, authoritative advisor to our global Talent leadership team, critically evaluating 1LoD initiatives and providing high-impact, independent feedback that balances regulatory necessity with commercial ambition.
- Direct Incident Resolution & Remediation: Lead the review and independent challenge of internal, 1LoD-handled incidents, ensuring systemic root-cause investigations result in fair, bulletproof, and legally sound remediation.
- Build Institutional Architecture: Design, author, and deploy global corporate policy ecosystems completely from a blank page, setting the standard for how the firm operates internally.
- Map Global & Jurisdictional Standards: Maintain an ironclad, cross-border regulatory mapping architecture, driving macro horizon scanning to anticipate and absorb shifting individual accountability and employment laws across multiple continents.
- Shape Corporate Culture & Competency: Define the vision for, and oversee the execution of, an institutional, company-wide regulatory training and competency curriculum that embeds compliance directly into the corporate DNA.
What you'll need
We are seeking a sophisticated, authoritative compliance leader who possesses the corporate gravitas to influence executive stakeholders and the analytical rigor to manage high-stakes structural risks.
- Senior Professional Track Record: 7+ years of deep, high-pressure experience navigating complex regulatory environments—ideally holding senior roles within a premier compliance function, a top-tier management consultancy, or a major financial regulator.
- Mastery of Individual Accountability: Comprehensive, hands-on expertise in navigating senior management regimes—specifically SMCR, international accountability rules, EMD, MLR, and complex Conflicts of Interest (COI) protocols.
- Elite Framework Engineering: A proven track record of translating complex, multi-jurisdictional legislation into clear, practical, and highly advanced internal compliance policies and gap analyses.
- Commercial Leadership & Balance: Advanced understanding of how internal compliance and personnel risk directly interplay with commercial business performance, business growth, and corporate reputation.
- Executive Communication & Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proven capability to challenge, influence, and partner with C-suite executives internally and federal regulators externally under tight deadlines.
