Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Officer

Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to regulatory reporting processes.
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable and payable.
• Process treasury transactions and execute payment operations.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, GST returns, and tax related schedules.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong team-player mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
