Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Ensure full implementation of AXA Group Reinsurance guidelines and adherence to the Local Reinsurance Policy.
- Guarantee full compliance with FRA rules, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (Underwriting, Risk, Pricing & Valuation), AGRe, and external reinsurers.
- Review and validate technical reports prepared by junior and senior team members (FRA, AGRe, SOA, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage complex communications with reinsurers, resolving technical and contractual issues as required.
- Contribute to annual studies on life treaty optimization and structural enhancements.
- Develop and maintain models to monitor the performance of all life reinsurance treaties.
- Actively participate in treaty renewal negotiations, providing technical input and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate in conducting and calculating catastrophe exposure analyses for life treaties on an annual basis.
- Support the Manager in preparing high‑quality technical reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide ongoing support to the Manager and team in additional tasks or projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Job Specifications
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Buisness Administration, Actuarial Science & Data Science.
- English fluently spoken & written is a must.

Job Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in Life Reinsurance.
