We are hiring a Reinsurance Operations Executive to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in insurance or reinsurance operations who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process facultative (FAC) business, including policy bookings, endorsements, adjustments, and premium processing.
- Review policy documentation and ensure accurate system entries.
- Prepare invoices, VAT documentation, brokerage reports, and maintain processing records.
- Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve processing, onboarding, and invoicing queries.
- Support premium reconciliations, outstanding collections, and audit requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or insurance broking operations.
- Knowledge of policy processing, premium booking, and invoicing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Global XB (GXB) or similar processing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
