The Relationship Manager within the Growth vertical is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with a dedicated portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and high-potential clients who engage in FX and CFD trading.
The role focuses on maximizing Net Client Value (NCV) through targeted upgrade campaigns, cross-selling, and the systematic reactivation of semi-dormant accounts, ensuring clients receive tailored market insights and exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients (maintaining an optimal ratio of 1:125 to 1:150), understanding their trading needs, objectives, and risk appetite.
- Execute targeted upgrade campaigns to facilitate the transition of high-potential clients to the Elite tier, increasing wallet share and trading volume.
- Systematically reactivate semi-dormant clients (no trades in the past 90 to 180 days) using structured outreach sequences, pricing prompts, and tailored portfolio ideas.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
Financial Markets & Product Knowledge
- Engage with clients on FX and CFD products and market trends, and support their understanding of trading-related topics.
- Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting FX and CFDs trading to provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.
- Analyze financial data, charts, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks for clients.
- Assist clients in understanding the risks associated with leveraged instruments and help them make informed trading decisions.
Performance & Targets
- Meet or exceed defined performance targets, specifically focusing on the number of clients upgraded to Elite, Growth segment NCV uplift, and reactivation rate improvement.
- Maintain a high level of client retention and minimize churn rate within the assigned portfolio.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, portfolio status, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations (including UAE and SCA regulations), industry standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor client accounts and transactions for any suspicious activities or compliance breaches.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager in the FX and CFDs trading industry.
- Experience managing High Net Worth (HNW) client portfolios and executing client reactivation or upgrade campaigns.
