We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Arabic speaker Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Sports championship. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with the clients, supporting them throughout the registration process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the championship.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all participating parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with their representatives.
- Ensure they receive timely support and consistent communication throughout the championship.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to confirm their registration.
- Proactively follow up with those that have not completed their registration.
- Assist schools in resolving registration-related issues and guide them through the registration process.
- Respond to inquiries regarding championship schedules, eligibility criteria, participation requirements, and other event-related matters.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and timely callbacks.
- Provide accurate information while delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when required.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in relationship management, customer service, account management, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or registration systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
