Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, proactively addressing queries, and managing communication between relevant stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to achieving revenue goals by successfully managing client accounts and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Experience in sales, client service, or business development
- Knowledge of the real estate industry in Dubai is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is advantageous
