Responsibilities:
- Contribute to maximizing Bank's Profitability from the portfolio under their desk.
- Contribute to increase Loans Volumes in the portfolio under their desk.
- Contribute to increase Deposits Volumes in the portfolio under their desk.
- Contribute to increase Off Balance Sheet Volumes in the portfolio under their desk
- Ensure preparation of Proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs.
- Ensure that team members are well aware of internal & external (CBE) credit procedures and regulation.
- Assist Head of Desk & SRM in setting KPIs assigned to the team (ARM, CA) based on internal capacities and Banks Management policies and vision.
- Enhance the marketing skills for ARMs through partially assigning the pre-assigned budget.
- Ensure submitting portfolio renewals in a timely manner
- Reviewing Proposals submitted by team before being circulated to SRM / Head of Desk
- Lead a teamwork for conducting comprehensive market research for Sector & Sub Sectors handled by the Desk.
- Address any deviation of approved package or any risks emerged before conducting the regular annual review.
- Follow up and monitor operations flow along with their teams.
- Regular meetings with customers in their desk to obtain their feedback.
- Provide Solutions that fulfill customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with clients in assigned portfolio.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Banking field.
- Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus on managing large corporate clients.
- Solid ability to manage subordinate(s).
- Strong awareness of Macro Economics.
- High Marketing Skills.
- Budgeting & organizing.
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid Negotiation skills.
- High presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/management/economics
- Credit course certified.
