Job Description

The Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth by managing and expanding relationships with institutional and government clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Supporting sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UAE private sector.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Staying informed on product offerings and regulatory developments.
  • Representing the platform at industry events and client meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8-12 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within financial services or investment platforms.
  • Proven success in managing institutional or government client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE financial services and workplace benefits landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in supporting sales processes and working cross-functionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are a plus.
