Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate and Commercial Banking clients in the UAE. The role focuses on delivering tailored banking, cash management, credit, and investment solutions to mid-to-large corporates and high-value commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a solid understanding of UAE banking regulations, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate and Commercial Banking clients, ensuring strong relationship management and client retention.
- Develop and deliver tailored banking and financial solutions, including credit facilities, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and investment products.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive client engagement, market analysis, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, economic developments, and industry-specific risks to provide informed advice.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Achieve assigned revenue, asset growth, and cross-selling targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Product Specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
- Prepare and present credit proposals, client reviews, and portfolio reports as required.
- Monitor client portfolios, assess financial performance, and proactively manage risk exposure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CISI Level 3 standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Banking products and UAE banking regulations.
- Proven experience managing corporate and commercial client portfolios within the UAE banking sector.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to originate new business and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
