- Position Overview
- The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving clinic revenue by converting inquiries into consultations and treatment programs. The role requires strong sales ability, relationship building skills, and the confidence to guide clients toward the right wellness solutions based on their needs.
- The ideal candidate is target driven, client focused, and capable of delivering a high standard of service while contributing to business growth.
- Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle incoming inquiries from calls, walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Convert leads into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Promote clinic services, treatment plans, and wellness packages.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Track sales pipeline and conversion progress.
- Ensure timely responses to all client inquiries.
- Work on improving lead conversion ratios.
- Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Build trust with clients through professional communication.
- Understand client concerns and recommend suitable services.
- Ensure a smooth client journey from inquiry to consultation.
- Handle client concerns professionally and maintain service standards.
Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception teams.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to achieving clinic revenue goals.
- Maintain alignment with clinic service excellence standards.
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Track revenue contribution and conversion performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, or VLCC preferred.
- Experience in UAE healthcare sales is an advantage.
- English fluency required (Arabic is an added advantage).
