Relationship Manager – Enterprise Sales UAE | Merchant Acquiring | Enterprise Payments | Fintech

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team in the UAE. This role is focused on acquiring and managing strategic merchant relationships across Retail, Hospitality, F&B, Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Government, eCommerce, and other enterprise sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who understands complex payment environments and can engage with executive stakeholders to deliver tailored payment solutions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing enterprise merchant relationships across the UAE, with a primary focus on merchants processing AED 50M+ in annual transaction value.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, understanding each merchant's operational requirements and proposing tailored solutions across: POS Acquiring, SoftPOS, Payment Gateway, eCommerce, Pay by Link, QR Payments, Omnichannel Payments, Enterprise Integrations, Value-added payment services

The successful candidate will manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and executive engagement through commercial negotiation, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise merchant opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury teams, Retail Directors, Operations teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans to acquire and expand high-value merchant relationships.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare proposals tailored to merchant requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and go-live.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities across Geidea's full suite of payment solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
  • Represent Geidea at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of payment acquiring and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Existing network of enterprise merchants within the UAE.
  • Proven experience managing large commercial negotiations.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with complex merchant implementations and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience selling into one or more of the following sectors: Retail, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants & QSR, shopping malls, Healthcare, Education, Airlines & Aviation, Automotive, Entertainment, eCommerce, Government, Real Estate, Subscription Businesses
