Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support our Global Markets business. The role involves facilitating client onboarding, providing operational and platform-related assistance, and coordinating with approved counterparties and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to approved global market intermediaries/platform providers
- Act as a coordination point between clients and third-party service providers
- Provide operational assistance on trading platforms (navigation, order placement, etc.)
- Support clients with account-related and platform usage queries
- Coordinate with brokers/platform providers for trade or technical issues
- Facilitate client onboarding with third-party brokers/platform providers
- Collect and verify KYC/B-KYC documentation in line with UAE AML/CFT regulations
- Maintain ongoing client engagement to ensure high service quality
- Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when required
- Support client retention through timely service delivery
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulatory requirements
- Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections
Key Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of global financial markets
- Familiarity with trading platforms
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills
- High attention to detail with a compliance-driven mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISI) are an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in trading business in financial services is preferred.
