We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Relationship Manager to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting premium Dubai real estate projects to international investors and clients outside the UAE.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell Dubai real estate investment opportunities to international clients.
Engage with potential investors through company-generated leads and develop long-term client relationships.
Present property investment opportunities, project details, and ROI potential to prospective buyers.
Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with international investors.
Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and off-plan projects.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, property investment sales, or international property consulting.
Strong ability to communicate with international investors and high-net-worth clients.
Experience selling off-plan or investment properties is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced real estate sales environment.
