Role Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced International Sales Manager to support property sales across the UAE and international markets. The role focuses on closing transactions through direct clients as well as broker networks, with exposure to international business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close property sales through personal client networks, UAE-based brokers, and international brokerage partners
  • Build, manage, and empanel international brokers across key global markets
  • Represent the company in international roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investment-focused buyers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and post-sales follow-up
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Uphold professionalism, discretion, and brand representation at all times

Requirements:

  • 34+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • Mandatory experience with Dubai developers and brokerage firms
  • Proven ability to close deals independently and through broker networks
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and international investor landscape
  • Confident, polished, and assertive personality with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with frequent international travel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed salary in the range of AED 8,000 12,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission of 0.6% on successful closures
  • Performance-based incentives
