Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven off-plan real estate experience in the UAE market.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property management, developer sales, or a related field is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.
- Strong understanding of the UAE off-plan property market, including current market trends, developer projects, investment opportunities, and sales processes.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and relevant property procedures.
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships throughout the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry and property presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented real estate environment.
- Professional appearance and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French, or other languages is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Existing knowledge of the UAE broker and investor network is an advantage.
