Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling off-plan properties directly for a real estate developer.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing international clients, building long-term relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to local and international investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and project demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through handover
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience working directly for a real estate developer is required.
• Experience with a real estate developer is essential; agency-only experience will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work with international clients and investors across different nationalities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
