Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Assist clients with property information, documentation, and transaction-related queries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales and client relationship targets
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and real estate developments in Dubai
Minimum 6 months of experience with a UAE real estate developer.Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must speak English + at least one additional language: Chinese/Mandarin, Kurdish, Italian, Malayalam, or Arabic
- Strong client relationship, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Real estate sales/client management experience preferred
- Female candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates must be based in Dubai
