Relationship Manager - National Payments Ecosystem
As part of our expanding mandate, we are looking for a mid-senior level Relationship Manager to join our high-impact team responsible for supporting the rollout and adoption of key national payment initiatives across the financial sector.
This role places you at the heart of the UAE's financial ecosystem. You will be the primary bridge between our organization and Licensed Financial Institutions (LFIs), ensuring alignment, readiness, and seamless engagement.
You will join a 45-member Relationship Management squad that represents the program's vision to the industry and brings industry insights back into the program.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across LFIs.
- Conduct structured weekly engagements with LFIs to review progress, align expectations, and support readiness.
- Capture challenges and feedback from LFIs and channel them to internal leadership teams for resolution.
- Ensure LFIs complete all onboarding and compliance-related documentation and prerequisites.
- Provide clear, timely updates through reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, follow-ups, and issue closure.
- Represent the program with professionalism, clarity, and influence.
Qualifications
- 510 years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills confident with senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building capability and executive presence.
- Ability to manage complex conversations and drive alignment across multiple parties.
- A structured, proactive, and polished professional who thrives in high-visibility roles.
- Passion for contributing to national-scale digital transformation.

Work Style
A balanced hybrid role requiring several days in the office and one to two days per week visiting LFIs for structured engagements.
