About The Job
The
Sales & Compliance Support Officer is responsible for supporting the OPS ME Sales team through effective Salesforce management, governance, and dashboarding. The role also oversees compliance commercialization projects, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring. Additionally, the position involves performing sales data analytics and delivering dashboards and reports to meet management requirements.
This role ensures accurate project initiation, billing governance, data analysis, and seamless CRM support. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Relationship Management and Sales Management teams to deliver accurate reporting, ensure mandate readiness, and maintain operational efficiency.
Sales Support
- Provide first-level Salesforce support to internal teams.
- Monitor Salesforce data updates by the Sales team and maintain governance standards.
- Track and ensure opportunities in Salesforce are updated with accurate details, including probability, status, cost, revenue, and all relevant dates (especially close dates).
- Prepare regular reports on the sales pipeline, conversion probabilities, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Track the Items pending with Legal Department for OPS ME Processing and send weekly updates
Project Billing, Reconciliation, & Revenue Assurance
- Manage project billing and quarterly reconciliation for O.P.S. ME Issuing and Acquiring Processing clients.
- Validate invoices and reconcile billable items to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Support O.P.S. ME team with billing related queries, collections, and receivables.
- Track project status and ensure balance billing is done on time.
Compliance Support
- Track new scheme and technology compliance requirements.
- Support compliance programs by creating Jira tickets, monitoring individual client projects, and providing regular reporting.
- Conduct compliance project tracking meetings with Relationship Managers (RMs) to gather feedback and update Salesforce records.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and implementation readiness.
Audit Support
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and escalate discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with audits and regulatory inspections by providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Collect required evidence from the Sales team and submit it to the audit team.
- Track and monitor all open audit points to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Team Backup Support
Act as a Backup for Market Enablement Roles which handles Client Billing, Invoice Processing & Collections Management
Responsibilities
Skills and Competencies:
- 4+ years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight timelines
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for meetings

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Degree Level.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales support, with at least 2 years in a support role focused on data analytics or governance.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, Power BI, Microsoft Office.
