- Sohag Branch
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Provide affluent customers with information on all banks products to increase customer awareness and ensure high level of quality service.
- Achieve assigned targets / volume / attrition /cross sell for the branch in both assets and liabilities to ensure that targets are met.
- Track customers inflow and outflow and contact affluent customers to seek any information on reasons for unexpected behaviors to maintain better quality service level and meet set budgets.
- Handle customers queries and complaints and ensure effective closure of complaints within the set of TAT and SLA to reach customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales reports including sales activities and call reports to be shared with the branch manager to track sales performance achievement versus budget.
- Introduce and promote alternative channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches.
- Provide feedback to the branch manager to any possible fraud /risks for guidance and assistance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University in degree in commerce (or equivalent).
- 5-7 years of experience in related experience in the banking sector.
- Strong Product and services knowledge.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
