Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and providing exceptional service. The role includes managing client accounts, offering tailored solutions, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills for building and cultivating client relationships
• Experience in client management, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market and a proven track record of working in sales, account management, or similar roles
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced industry
• Proficiency in technology and tools used for managing client databases and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2 years minimum developer experience.
