Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager Direct Sales to drive property sales through personal networks, company-generated leads, and international broker channels. The role requires strong client-facing skills, international exposure, and frequent travel for roadshows and broker empanelment.
Key Responsibilities
- Close real estate transactions through:
- Personal client base
- Company-generated leads
- International brokers and channel partners
- Build and manage strong relationships with international brokers
- Represent the company in international roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events
- Empanel and manage overseas brokerage partners
- Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide professional advisory to clients on projects, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience (developer or brokerage mandatory)
- Fluent Turkish and English (additional language preferred; Arabic not mandatory)
- Strong sales personality with proven deal-closure ability
- High career stability and strong professional presence
- Comfortable traveling 1015 days per month internationally
