Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expertise on property options, negotiating deals, and facilitating transactions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting briefings, and connecting with brokerage firms. Marketing available projects and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in real estate transactions, property management, and understanding of the real estate market
• Strong Brokerage Network
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
