Relationship Manager

Tammwil is seeking a Relationship Manager with current or previous UAE banking experience and an extensive professional network to support our capital advisory and financing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and introduce new clients seeking financing, using established relationships with business owners, developers and corporate decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, private credit providers and institutional investors.
• Understand clients financing requirements and work with Tammwil's advisory team to identify suitable capital solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and support coordination throughout the financing process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience, preferably 3 or more, in corporate banking, business banking or relationship management.
• UAE banking experience is essential.
• An extensive, active network of banking contacts and prospective clients.
• Good understanding of corporate lending, credit processes and financing products.
• Strong business development, communication and relationship management skills.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary, with earnings linked to successfully closed transactions. The commission structure and payment terms will be discussed during the interview.
