Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy client engagement, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients via phone to promote company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and ongoing support.
  • Re-engage inactive or previous users and encourage platform reactivation.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable, tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Execute assigned tasks based on the needs of developing international markets.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales, relationship management, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with Urdu and/or Hindi proficiency preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Well-organized with effective time and task management skills.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Willing and able to work onsite in Dubai.
