Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager Ultra Luxury to join our elite team in Dubai.

This is not a conventional real estate role it is an opportunity to engage with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), build exclusive relationships, and close high-value transactions in the luxury property segment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and investors

Drive sales of ultra-luxury assets including Burj Azizi and Monaco Mansions

Deliver bespoke advisory services tailored to elite clientele

Identify global investment opportunities and generate high-value leads

Negotiate complex, high-ticket transactions with confidence and discretion

Maintain deep knowledge of luxury real estate trends and competitor landscape

Represent the brand at exclusive events, private showcases, and international roadshows

Consistently achieve and exceed multi-million dirham sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in UAE real estate, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury segment

Strong track record of closing high-value deals

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to engage confidently with UHNWIs and international investors

Strong negotiation and closing expertise

Highly polished, professional, and presentable personality

Multilingual candidates preferred (Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, French, etc.)

Bachelor's degree preferred
