Role Summary

We are hiring Relationship Managers with proven real estate sales experience at a developer in Dubai. The selected candidates will represent Elevate's premium developments, managing qualified leads and guiding clients through every stage from enquiry to handover with full in-house support from marketing, operations, and post-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into successful sales through presentations, tours, and follow-ups.

Build and manage long-term client relationships from first contact through to project handover.

Represent Elevate's developments across marketing campaigns, events, and partner networks.

Maintain updated client data, leads, and reports within the CRM system.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

25 years of real estate sales experience at a Dubai-based developer.

Only candidates with developer-side experience (including brokers who have worked directly for a developer) will be considered.

Strong understanding of off-plan and ready property transactions.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

UAE driving license preferred.

Presentable, confident, and highly target-driven.

Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate interviews.
